Developers continue to prepare for the release of the powerful PlayStation 5 Pro console and actively adapt their games to its capabilities. Among the projects improved for PS5 Pro, join the action-RPG Lords of the Fallen (2023).

Here's What We Know

Publisher CI Games and studio HexWorks reported on what improvements in the game can count on buyers of the new console:

  • in "Performance" mode gamers can count on a stable 60 fps in 4K resolution (upscaled from 1440p);
  • in "Quality" mode Lords of the Fallen will work in native 4K resolution at 30 frames per second.

The corresponding patch for Lords of the Fallen will be released on the PS5 Pro launch day - 7th of November.

Recall, Lords of the Fallen is a dark souls-like game with a deep combat system and interesting mechanics, which allows you to move in two worlds: physical and spiritual. At first the game was criticised due to technical issues, but later the developers fixed most of the flaws and now the action game is getting good reviews.

Lords of the Fallen is also available on PC (Steam, EGS) and Xbox Series, including Game Pass.
