Apple is preparing to release new computers based on M4 chips, including iMac, Mac mini, and MacBook Pro.

Here's What We Know

Customers who pre-ordered their devices will receive them on 8 November and will need to update to the latest version of macOS Sequoia 15.1 to activate Apple Intelligence.

At the time of delivery, new models will ship with the previous version of macOS Sequoia 15.0, which does not support the new features. Users will need to install the update to take full advantage of the new features, including new recording tools, an improved Siri design, and smart replies and notification summaries.

Additionally, the update brings drag-and-drop functionality for iPhone Mirroring and activates hearing health capabilities for AirPods Pro 2.
