OnePlus has announced that it has started beta testing the new version of OxygenOS 15, based on Android 15, for OnePlus 12R users in India. This programme allows active users to be the first to try out new features before the official release.

Here's What We Know

To join the beta test, first make sure your phone is running on CPH2585_14.0.0.832(EX01) or CPH2585_14.0.0.833(EX01). Next, go to Settings, select Software Update, click the icon in the upper right corner and select Beta Programme to apply.

Please note that the beta version has a limited number of seats and may have stability issues. It is recommended that you back up important data as some third-party applications may not work properly.

If you encounter problems, you can downgrade to the stable version, but this process will delete all your data. To revert to the stable version, you need to download the recovery file, activate developer mode, and perform a local installation.

Beta testing is suitable for users who are ready for the risks of instability. Those who prefer reliability are encouraged to wait for the official release of OxygenOS 15.
