Xiaomi 14 gets stable Android 15 update

Xiaomi has started releasing a stable version of Android 15 for global users of the Xiaomi 14 model. There is no information about other devices in the series, and it is likely that Xiaomi 14 Ultra will also receive this update soon.

Here's What We Know

The new Android 15 for international users of Xiaomi 14 is based on HyperOS 1.1, not the latest version 2.0. For European users, the build OS1.1.4.0.VNCEUXM is available, while the OS1.1.3.0.VNCMIXM number applies to other global markets.

In China, Xiaomi is testing a stable beta version of HyperOS 2.0 based on Android 15 available for the Xiaomi 14 and 14 Pro. This indicates preparations for a wider rollout of HyperOS 2.0 outside of China.

The update brings improvements to the interface - the home screen, lock screen, and performance optimisations, although there are no major changes.
