Xiaomi plans to expand its line of devices by introducing the new Smart Band 9 Active. Certificates from SIRIM in Malaysia and EEC databases confirm that this fitness tracker will soon appear on the global market.

Here's What We Know

Smart Band 9 Active is positioned as a budget alternative to the recently announced Smart Band 9. Although specific details about its features have not yet been disclosed, leaks and renders provide some insight into the new product. The tracker is expected to have an updated design with a pill-shaped lock button and a full bezel around the display, unlike the Smart Band 8 Active model.

The new product is likely to retain the 1.47-inch display, but with improved battery life that can reach up to 18 days on a single charge. The Smart Band 9 Active will be available in three colours: black, white and pink, with additional variants to follow.

Features of the older model include a 1.62-inch AMOLED display, support for more than 150 workout modes, health tracking sensors, and water resistance up to 50 metres. Additional features include music control and notification of messages.
