OnePlus Ace 5 Pro: The most affordable phone on Snapdragon 8 Elite, Ace 5 specs are already online

OnePlus has unveiled the new OnePlus 13, but is already working on the Ace 5 series. According to rumours, the Ace 5 will receive a Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 chip, while the Pro model will be the first phone to use the Snapdragon 8 Elite at an affordable price.

Here's What We Know

Currently, the most affordable phone with this processor in China is the Realme GT 7 Pro, which starts at 3599 yuan (approximately $505). The base model of the Ace 5 Pro is expected to cost around 3,300 yuan ($465).

The Ace 5 Pro will have a similar screen to the Ace 5 - a 6.78-inch OLED panel with a 1.5K resolution and 120Hz refresh rate. The model will be equipped with a 50-megapixel Sony IMX906 main camera and a Samsung JN1 telephoto camera.

The Ace 5 will feature a Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 chip, up to 16GB of RAM and a 6000mAh battery with 100W charging.

The Ace 5 series may debut in China in November or December with a Pro version.

The Pro version could remain exclusive to China, while the Ace 5 could be globally rebranded as the OnePlus 13R.
