LG announced a new solution for the automotive industry - digital cockpits, presented in the Mobility Labworks series. They are designed to improve comfort, safety and integration of modern technologies in transport. Thanks to these cockpits LG expands the possibilities of car salons, adding advanced technologies that combine displays, sensors, piece intellect and dodo-less communication in a convenient and technological system.

Main features of LG digital cockpits

  1. Integration of new generation displays: Digital cockpits are equipped with ultra-thin OLED- and LCD-displays, which provide high quality visualisation. The interfaces are designed for easy control of various aspects of the car: from navigation to multimedia systems. The system supports adaptation to the driver's specific needs.
  2. Intellectual functions on the basis of piece intellect: HI analyses the behaviour of the driver and passengers, adapting the interface to ensure maximum usability and safety. Cockpits include functions of route forecasting and real-time monitoring of vehicle parameters.
  3. 5G connectivity support: Thanks to 5G, LG digital cockpits allow access to software updates and smart services, which increases the possibility of interaction with intelligent ecosystems such as "smart home" or "smart city".
  4. Reduced safety: LG's new solutions are aimed at improving safety through the integration of the system of warning about collision and blind spot monitoring. In case of unsafe situations, the system provides an alert, which reduces the risk of accidents.

Significance of the new Mobility Labworks series

According to LG Newsroom, these digital cockpits are part of the Mobility Labworks series, which is dedicated to researching the future of mobility with a focus on the integration of innovative technologies in transport. LG actively cooperates with car manufacturers to offer systems that are adapted to the requirements of the industry and users.

LG continues to improve its position in the market of technologies for automotive industry, and the new Labworks series supports the company's commitment to the development of mobility of the future.
