Asus ROG Phone 9 tested in Geekbench before the announcement

The Asus ROG Phone 9 series of smartphones is getting ready for launch, and before the announcement, it became known about testing one of these devices on the Geekbench platform.

Here's What We Know

In the Geekbench ML test, the device, powered by the new Snapdragon 8 Elite chipset, scored an impressive 1,812 points in the TensorFlow Lite CPU Interference test, which measures the performance of neural network models. The device is also confirmed to have 24GB of RAM and runs on Android 15.

According to rumours, the ROG Phone 9 series will feature LTPO OLED screens with adaptive refresh rates from 1 to 120Hz, and up to 165Hz in system settings or 185Hz in Game Genie mode. Both models are expected to utilise the Snapdragon 8 Elite chipset, as well as IP68 case protection. The novelties will be announced on 19 November.
