Samsung prepares Galaxy XCover8 Pro: a new reliable smartphone with a removable battery

Samsung is preparing to release a new model in the Galaxy XCover line, which is likely to be called Galaxy XCover8 Pro.

According to the Indian Bureau of Certification (BIS), the smartphone with the model number SM-G766B should be equipped with a removable battery, which will retain a useful feature of the series' predecessors. Given that the XCover7 was SM-G556B and the XCover6 Pro was SM-G736B, the new model number logically points to the XCover8 Pro.

The new product is expected to retain MIL-STD-810H and IP68 protection. The XCover8 Pro also features a convenient battery replacement.

The Galaxy XCover6 Pro, the predecessor of the new model, had only 2 cameras and a 6.6-inch display, but provided high reliability and durability. The new XCover8 Pro is expected to continue this tradition, offering consumers a powerful and durable smartphone for professional use.
