Crowbar Collective studio, known as the author of the excellent fan remake of the first part of Half-Life called Black Mesa, has announced its first full game.

Here's What We Know

Together with the publisher Team17, the developers presented a co-operative shooter Rogue Point, the action of which takes place in a dystopian future.

The richest man on earth has died and a war has broken out over his business empire. Huge companies do not hesitate to use private military companies and only the elite Rogue Point squad will be able to resist them.

The project is a PvE-shooter with co-op support for up to four players.
Studio Crowbar Collective promises a wide variety of enemies, weapons locations and game features.

Rogue Point is scheduled for release in 2025, but judging by the developer's comment it will be an early access.

We can't wait to talk in detail about the game and everything we've learnt while creating a new franchise (and turning Crowbar Collective into a full-fledged studio). We are immensely grateful to Team17 for their support and professionalism. As with Black Mesa, we want to actively involve the community in the development and updating of the game. Our community played a critical role in the early access phase of Black Mesa, and working with Team17 will help us focus on development and community feedback.

The Rogue Point page on Steam is now live.
