Three years ago, Toshihiro Nagoshi, the creator of the Yakuza (now Like a Dragon) game franchise, left Ryu Ga Gotoku to start his own company.

Nagoshi hasn't officially unveiled his new game yet, but shared the first details.

Here's What We Know

The Japanese game designer gave an interview to Famitsu in which he revealed that he is not aiming to release a huge game, but it will still be a big human drama story in which the plot will play an important role. The Yakuza creator believes that the market is overflowing with games that take hundreds of hours to get through, so he will offer a project that can be completed "within a reasonable amount of time." According to him, the scale of the early version is too large at the moment, so the Nagoshi Studio team is working on reducing the content.

The game will be complex, complex and designed for an adult audience, the developers are making every effort to ensure that it will not be boring. Recall, earlier Toshihiro Nagoshi reported about the desire to make a game similar to the works of Quentin Tarantino.
