Here's What We Know

HBO and streaming service Max content chief Casey Bloys said that the sequel to The Last of Us will be released in the spring of 2025 - remember, earlier the wording "in the first half of 2025".

In the second season viewers will see an adaptation of the events of The Last of Us Part II (2020), but the producers have long said that the whole story will not fit into one season, so viewers will expect at least a third season. But the second season will be shorter than the first - seven episodes instead of nine.

Pedro Pascal and Bella Ramsey will return to their roles. The cast is joined by Isabela Merced, who will play the role of Dina, Kaitlyn Dever - she got the role of Abby and Jeffrey Wright as Isaac - the head of the paramilitary group WLF. It is noteworthy that Wright voiced his character in the game.
