The ruler of the Inca Empire, Pachacuti, will return in Sid Meier's Civilisation VII - Firaxis Games studio has unveiled another national leader
Firaxis Games has unveiled another national leader available in Sid Meier's Civilisation VII historical 4X-strategy. This time Pachacutec (Pachacuti), the ninth ruler of the Inca Empire, is in the spotlight.
Here's What We Know
Pachacutec has already appeared as the leader of the nation in Sid Meier's Civilisation V and VI. The player starts the game as Pachacutec in a special mountain location.
In the new game, the Inca ruler will continue his career and can choose both the path of conqueror and expand his possessions, and focus on the economic development of the country. Pachacutec does not like to deal with rulers who claim his mountains.
Under Pachakutek's rule, all structures related to food production receive an efficiency boost if they are built in a mountainous area, and specialists near mountains don't have to pay to maintain Happiness.
Previously, the developers of Sid Meier's Civilisation VII introduced the following leaders:
- The first female pharaoh Hatshepsut;
- the founder of the Roman Empire, Octavian Augustus;
- the great Chinese philosopher Confucius;
- Native American leader Tecumseh;
- Vietnamese leader Trung Trac;
- the ruler of India, Ashoka;
- the legendary Persian king Xerxes;
- Italian thinker, philosopher and politician Niccolò Machiavelli;
- Queen Isabel I de Castilla of Spain.
When We Can Expect It
Sid Meier's Civilisation VII will be released on 11 February on PC, PlayStation, Xbox and Nintendo Switch.
