The basic Vivo S20 has passed the performance test in Geekbench and revealed its processor
Vivo is gearing up to launch its new mid-range S20 series smartphones in China. The Vivo S20 and S20 Pro models are expected to be unveiled at the end of November.
Here's What We Know
Prior to the launch, the Vivo S20 model was tested on the Geekbench platform, where the device with model number V2429A scored 1221 points in the single-core and 3400 points in the multi-core tests. Judging by the specs, the smartphone is powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon 7 Gen 3 processor with a 2.63GHz main core, three 2.40GHz intermediate cores and four 1.8GHz efficient cores.
The device also has 16GB of RAM and runs on Android 15. The Vivo S20 is expected to be available in 8GB, 12GB and 16GB RAM configurations and storage options ranging from 128GB to 1TB. The smartphone will feature a 6.67-inch AMOLED display with 1.5K resolution, a 50 MP main camera and a 50 MP front camera. The device will also get a fingerprint scanner under the display and a 6,500mAh battery that will support 90W fast charging.
