Warcraft is undoubtedly one of the most famous, significant and massive gaming franchises in the history of the industry. The series dates back to 1994 and is celebrating its thirtieth anniversary these days.

Blizzard Studios first changed the real-time strategy (RTS) genre forever, and later gave a new perspective on multiplayer role-playing games by releasing World of Warcraft in 2004.

We have already reported that at a special event Blizzard announced and immediately released remasters of Warcraft I and Warcraft II, as well as prepared a major update for the scandalous "remake" - Warcraft III: Reforged.

The developers announced that players have spent more than 1 billion hours in World of Warcraft, and during the existence of the Warcraft universe 254 million people have got acquainted with it!

World of Warcraft is constantly receiving major updates and large-scale addons, thanks to which the interest in the game remains consistently high and it is likely that soon we will hear about two billion hours spent by players in Azeroth.
