Square Enix's surprise Life is Strange: Double Exposure will be released on Nintendo Switch on 19 November
Publisher Square Enix and studio Deck Nine have revealed the release date for dramatic game Life is Strange: Double Exposure on Nintendo Switch, and you won't have to wait long.
Here's What We Know
The game, which was released on PC (Steam, Microsoft Store), PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series at the end of October and received mixed reviews, will be released on the popular Japanese handheld console tomorrow - 19 November. The developer announced this in a special animated video, which reminds us that the main character of the game is Max Caulfield, with whom players first met in 2015.
The girl has grown up and after the events of the first part of Life is Strange can no longer travel through time, but instead is able to move between alternative versions of reality and influence the course of events in them.
The beginning of the Double Exposure story will be the murder of Max's close friend Safiya Llewellyn-Fayyad. The girl will try to find out who is involved in Safiya's death and for this she will have to move between different realities and closely follow the events that take place in them.
The actions of the game will unfold in the college of sciences and arts of Vermont, where the main character works.
For now, Life is Strange: Double Exposure will be available on Nintendo Switch only in a digital edition, while the game will be available on cartridges on 28 January 2025.
