Mobile update: PlayStation Moblie's top executives headed by former Meta and Samsung employees
PlayStation makes not only big-budget AAA games, but also has a mobile business (in case you forgot). And this is where the changes in management have taken place.
Here's What We Know
Olivier Courtemarche is the new head of mobile at PlayStation. Before that, he was a leader at Meta and Zynga. Since June 2023, he has been sharing the responsibilities of the head with Chris Davis, but now he has become the head of PlayStation mobile.
PlayStation Studios has also appointed Justin Kubiak as Head of Mobile Business Development and Partnerships. He previously worked at Samsung, NCsoft, Scopely, Disney, and EA.
PlayStation has recently closed the Neon Koi mobile studio, which employed 38 people, but wants to transfer them to other PlayStation Studios divisions where possible.
