Casio is launching a new Edifice ECB2000HR-1A smartwatch in the US, developed in collaboration with Honda Racing Corporation (HRC).

Here's What We Know

This accessory combines the style of Honda racing cars with innovative technology. The watch has a red, blue and white colour palette inspired by the design of racing cars, and its case is made of carbon fibre and stainless steel. The Alcantara strap also features HRC branding.

Features of the model include Bluetooth support for connecting to a smartphone and accessing the Casio Watches app, which offers tools such as phone search, stopwatch data transfer and automatic time setting. There is also a wide selection of time zones, a 1/100th of a second stopwatch and a countdown timer.

Thanks to Tough Solar technology, the battery can last up to seven months on a single charge.

The price of the new product in the US is $400, which is more expensive than other models in the Edifice series, such as the ECB2000PB-1A, which retails for $300.
