The developers of Legacy of Kain Soul Reaver 1 & 2 Remastered revealed the abilities of the protagonist - the fallen vampire Raziel

Developers from Aspyr Media have unveiled a new trailer of Legacy of Kain Soul Reaver 1 & 2 Remastered compilation.

Here's What We Know

The trailer not only shows updated graphics and increased detail of locations, but also reminds about the abilities of the protagonist - the fallen vampire Raziel, who seeks revenge on the traitor Kain.

The developers demonstrated how the protagonist uses his supernatural abilities, for example, he can soar on his vampire wings, dive under water for a long time, has impressive acrobatic skills, is able to pass through bars, and use different blades.

In the updated version of Soul Reaver 1 and 2, Aspyr Studios will increase the resolution, introduce modern controls, and make minor technical edits. In addition, for a more nostalgic effect, the developers have provided the ability to switch between the original and updated graphics directly during gameplay.

The re-release will be timed to coincide with the 25th anniversary of Soul Reaver.

When We Can Expect It

Legacy of Kain Soul Reaver 1 & 2 Remastered will be released on 10 December on PC, PlayStation, Xbox and Nintendo Switch. Pre-orders are already open.
