We wrote that the game publisher Kwalee is reducing the number of employees again. However, this week, another studio also made layoffs.

Here's What We Know

In October, the role-playing game Unknown 9: Awakening was released. Very few people played it, and the project received mixed reviews, so Reflector Entertainment was forced to make layoffs.

The studio laid off 18% of its employees. In a statement, the studio said that the layoffs will help it refocus on a new stage of development.

The studio also said that the layoffs were not the result of "commercial success or external pressure," but it's hard to believe.

It remains to be seen what will happen to Reflector next.
