Redmi is now REDMI: the company updates its logo and development strategy
Redmi, a subsidiary brand of Xiaomi, has unveiled a new logo, which will now be written in capital letters "REDMI".

According to Xiaomi Mobile Phone president Lu Weibing, the logo update reflects a deep strategic transformation to expand its product portfolio and strengthen its market position.
As part of the transformation, REDMI is launching a new smartphone series called "Turbo", which will replace the well-known "K" series. The "K" series, in turn, will directly compete with high-end flagship models.
Redmi CEO Wang Teng Thomas explained that Xiaomi's premium models are moving into higher price ranges, so the K series will be a "flagship killer", offering high performance at a competitive price, while the Pro series will in turn provide users with a full flagship experience.
