Oppo has unveiled a new Pad 3 tablet with 144Hz display and Dimensity 8350 chipset

Oppo today announced its new Pad 3 tablet in China, which will be a more affordable alternative to the Pad 3 Pro model.

Here's What We Know

The tablet features an 11.61-inch IPS display with a resolution of 2000x800 pixels, 144Hz refresh rate and 480Hz touch sampling rate. The screen brightness reaches 700 nits and the anti-glare coating reduces glare by 97%.

The Pad 3 is powered by the new Dimensity 8350 chipset and supports the Oppo Pencil 2 stylus, which will come free on pre-order. The tablet is just 6.3mm thick and weighs 536 grams. Inside is a 9,520mAh battery with 67W fast charging support.

The tablet has two 8-megapixel cameras: the front camera supports 1080p video recording and the rear camera supports 4K video recording. The device also has four speakers and runs Android 15-based ColorOS 15.

The Oppo Pad 3 will be available in three colours, Sunshine Purple, Night Blue and Star Track Bright Silver, and in these storage configurations: 8/128GB, 8/256GB, 12/256GB and 12/512GB. The price starts from 2,099 yuan (about 275 euros) for the 8/128GB memory model and up to 3,099 yuan (400 euros) for the 12/512GB model. The Oppo Pad 3 could be launched in the global market like the OnePlus Pad 2 Go.
