Rumour: Sony plans to release PlayStation Portal in black for $200

We wrote that Sony is rumoured to release DualSense Edge gamepads and Pulse headphones for PlayStation 5 in black soon. However, another device may also get the black model.

Here's What We Know

Insider billbil-kun reported that Sony plans to release the PlayStation Portal portable streaming console in black. Currently, there is only a white version and a thematic one inspired by the design of the first PlayStation.

There will be a limited edition at first, but the announcement and release date are still unknown.

The new PlayStation Portal colour will be available in Europe, North America, and other parts of the world. The price of the console will be exactly the same as the white version - $200.

It is worth reminding that PlayStation Portal will support cloud streaming of games from the PS Plus catalogue.
