Galaxy Watch 7 and Galaxy Watch Ultra to receive November security update not only in South Korea

The November software update for the Galaxy Watch 7 and Ultra smartwatches has begun to roll out to users in different countries.

The November 2024 security update was first made available in South Korea and is now rolling out to other countries.

Previously, the Galaxy Watch 7 series was running on a security patch from June 2024, which caused criticism of the device support. Now Samsung is fixing the situation, and users can check for the update by opening the Settings section on the watch, selecting Software Update, and clicking Download & Install.

For Galaxy Watch 4, Watch 5, and Watch 6 owners, Samsung is also preparing a stable One UI 6 Watch update.
