Amazfit announces new Zepp OS 4 update for Cheetah Pro smartwatch

Amazfit has started rolling out the November OTA update for the Cheetah Pro smartwatch, which includes new features and improvements based on Zepp OS 4.

Here's What We Know

The update is available for a limited number of users, and the global release will start on 4 December.

The new features include an updated keyboard that supports letters, numbers, symbols, and emojis for faster typing.

Two new training modes have been added: ski mountaineering and dog walking, which allows you to record the time and route of your walk.

For strength training, the Action Quality Assessment function has been added, which provides individual feedback on training.

In addition, all users will have access to the Readiness Insights feature, which was previously available only to Aura subscribers. The heart rate measurement algorithm has also been improved for more accurate data.
