Aoostar launches the Gem 12 Pro Max mini-PC, which is powered by AMD R7 8845HS chip and supports up to 128GB of RAM
Aoostar has introduced a new Gem 12 Pro Max mini-PC on the Chinese market, which is an improved version of the Gem 12 Pro model.
Here's What We Know
The device is powered by an AMD Ryzen 7 8845HS processor with 8 cores and 16 threads running at up to 5.1GHz. Graphics are provided by an AMD Radeon 780M integrated GPU with 12 cores, supporting hardware AV1 encoding/decoding and AI acceleration. The mini-PC supports up to 128GB of dual-channel DDR5 memory and features two M.2 2280 NVMe PCIe 4.0 x4 slots for up to 2TB of storage.

For cooling, it uses an advanced VC heatsink with a performance mode TDP of 75W. The device has dual 2.5Gbps Ethernet ports, Wi-Fi 6 and Bluetooth 5.2, and a variety of ports including USB4, USB-C, HDMI 2.1 and DP 2.14. The Gem 12 Pro Max supports 4K 120Hz and 8K 60Hz displays, and also features fingerprint unlocking.
The base version in China costs 2,299 yuan ($317), while the top-end configuration with 64GB RAM and 2TB SSD costs 4,599 yuan ($635). The device will go on sale from 11 December.
