Only thanks to a 95% discount, the failed Suicide Squad: Kill the Justice League managed to attract at least a little new audience

On the occasion of Black Friday, Warner Bros. launched a promotion where Batman games received big discounts. One of them was the failed Suicide Squad: Kill the Justice League, which was released in early 2024 and received low ratings and sales. Now it can be purchased for 95% cheaper. This is the only thing that helped to attract at least some audience.

Here's What We Know

According to SteamDB, the peak online game until 27 November did not rise above 100 players (sometimes this figure was less than 60).

On 27 November, it rose to 500, and at the time of writing, there are 1500 people playing the game. Recently, the peak online has grown to 2500 players thanks to the discount. On average, there are about 2000 people in the game every day.

So only a 95% discount has attracted at least a few new players, but it's very sad that a game that initially looked like a potential project is being sold with such a discount in less than a year, but still can't reach 5000 online players.

This once again proves that people need single-player superhero games like Batman Arkham or Marvel's Spider-Man, not game services.
