Amid Intel's global troubles, the US chip maker has had some big personnel changes.
Here's What We Know
CEO and member of the Board of Directors of Intel Patrick Gelsinger resigned and left both positions.
Gelsinger held the post of Intel's head for four years, and in total he worked in the company for forty-five years.
Unfortunately, Patrick Gelsinger's career at Intel is not ending on a high note; he was unable to solve the management, production, and financial crises, although he did carry out a large-scale reorganisation for this purpose.
Intel's board is currently searching for a new CEO, and in the meantime his duties will be shared between CFO David Zinsner and Intel Products head Michelle Johnston Holthaus.
