Nintendo is sharing absolutely no information about its new console, which is expected to be released in early 2025, but more and more data and images of the device are appearing online.

A new leak has revealed what the Joy-Con controllers will look like for the successor to the Nintendo Switch, which the media is calling Switch 2.

Here's What We Know

Bilibili.com has published a Chinese-language video in which an image of the new Joy-Cons can be seen. The footage lets us know that the updated controllers feature larger SL and SR buttons and an additional pedal-like button on the back, as well as infrared cameras.

It was previously reported that the Switch 2's Joy-Con controllers are attached by magnets rather than a rail system, which should increase their stability, but overall the controllers won't undergo any major changes, as confirmed by the new leak.
