The story trailer of the unusual game The Alters has been presented - the demo version of the novelty from the authors of Frostpunk and This War of Mine has been released on all platforms

11 bit studios presented a story trailer of sci-fi adventure game with elements of survival simulator The Alters and gave good news to those who are interested in the novelty from the creators of This War of Mine and Frostpunk.

Here's What We Know

Polish developers reminded that the main character of the game will be researcher Jan Dolski, who alone finds himself on a hostile planet and to survive and leave it he creates his clones (Alters). To do this, he uses technology that breaks down his life into defining moments and, through simulation, creates clones that become what Jan could have become if he had made different choices in life.

Each of the alters has his own view of the events and his own opinion on the way out of the situation, so conflicts are inevitable, both between Jan Dolski and the clones, and among the many clones.

The developers have released a demo version of The Alters, which can be downloaded on Steam, PS Store and Microsoft Store.

When We Can Expect It

The Alters will be released in the first quarter of 2025 on PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X|S and PC and will be available immediately on PC Game Pass and Xbox Game Pass.
