In August 2024, Hangar 13 and 2K Games announced Mafia: The Old Country - the long-awaited prequel to the cult series of dramatic crime action games.

The atmospheric trailer didn't reveal almost any details, but made it clear that the events of the game will unfold in 1940s in the homeland of Italian mafia - the island of Sicily, and the main character will be a young Ennio Salieri, better known as Don Salieri from the first part of the series.

It seems that in the near future gamers will be presented with new information about the expected novelty.
