It's official: at The Game Awards 2024, Gearbox CEO will show off Borderlands 4 gameplay for the first time and talk about the plot of the new shooter

The closer The Game Awards 2024 ceremony gets, the more information comes out about the games that will be presented there.

We have already reported about Mafia: The Old Country being shown at the show, and now another interesting announcement has arrived.

Here's What We Know

Gearbox CEO Randy Pitchford couldn't hold himself back any longer and confirmed that he'll be unveiling the "fucking trailer that's blowing hismind" at The Game Awards. The developer confirmed that the public will get to see Borderlands 4 gameplay for the first time and find out how the events of the new instalment tie in with the previous 2019 shooter.

Borderlands 4 is expected to release in 2025 on PC, PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series.
