OnePlus is preparing a compact flagship with a powerful chip and an affordable price

OnePlus is working on a compact flagship smartphone with a 6.3-inch 1.5K display and a Snapdragon 8 Elite chip.

Here's What We Know

The information came from the well-known insider Digital Chat Station.

The novelty will be equipped with a simpler camera and will probably be cheaper than the older OnePlus 13 model with a 6.82-inch screen.

The main camera will be a 50MP Sony IMX906 sensor (1/1.56"), but without a periscopic lens. A fingerprint scanner will also be placed under the display, but it has not yet been decided whether it will be optical or ultrasonic technology.

The camera design will resemble the horizontal arrangement of lenses, as in Pixel smartphones. The model name and pricing details remain in question, but it is likely that the device will be significantly cheaper than the brand's older models.
