It is known that Apple is working on several smart home devices with screens. In particular, Bloomberg's Mark Gurman reported on the development of HomePod variants: with a built-in camera and iPad-style display, as well as a model with a screen mounted on a robotic arm.
Analyst Ming-Chi Kuo believes that the new HomePod with a display will be released in the third quarter of 2025. The device will be focused on the smart home, which confirms Apple's strategic direction in this area.
It is expected that initial shipments will amount to about 500 thousand units.
