The iconic Call of Duty 2 and two more instalments in the series could be coming to Xbox Game Pass soon
Microsoft has repeatedly stated that all Activision Blizzard games will appear on Xbox Game Pass. Of course, first of all, this promise concerned the Call of Duty series, of which only two games are currently available in the service: Modern Warfare 3 (2023) and the new Call of Duty: Black Ops 6.
Perhaps, in the near future the catalogue will be replenished with three more titles.
Here's What We Know
In the Microsoft Store unexpectedly appeared pages of old Call of Duty parts:
- Call of Duty 2;
- Call of Duty 4: Modern Warfare;
- Call of Duty: United Offensive.

Many players and journalists saw it as a preparation for adding cult shooters to Game Pass and give an example of a similar situation with Spyro Reignited Trilogy - its page in Microsoft Store appeared in April, and it was added to Xbox Game Pass in November. The same was the case with Tomb Raider: Definitive Edition.
So far, neither Microsoft nor Activision have officially confirmed this information, but it's possible it will be revealed at The Game Awards 2024.
