Samsung has recently announced that its new Galaxy Flip 7 foldable phone will use the Exynos 2500 processor.

Here's What We Know

Samsung Electronics explained that due to the limited number of Exynos 2500 chips, they were unable to implement it in the S25, but it will be used in the premium model Galaxy Flip 7.

The information only applies to the Galaxy Flip series, which may indicate a possible collaboration between Samsung and Qualcomm for the Galaxy Fold 7. According to previous leaks, the cheaper Galaxy Flip FE model will receive an Exynos 2400e processor, just like the Galaxy S24 FE.

Meanwhile, Samsung has reached an important milestone in stabilising the 3nm process, allowing it to start mass production of chips using this technology. However, the company still has to optimise performance to keep up with the competition.
