Bandai Namco and Square Enix hits meet: Final Fantasy XVI protagonist will become a playable character in Tekken 8 fighting game

Japanese publishers Bandai Namco and Square Enix have announced an unexpected but very organic collaboration.

Here's What We Know

In the popular fighting game Tekken 8 there will be a new playable character - it will be Clive Rosfield, the main character of Final Fantasy XVI.

He will appear in a familiar costume, has the same abilities as in his world and is armed with a sword.

The character will be available from 16 December for purchasers of the Playable Character Year 1 Pass, and from 20 December Clive Rosfield will appear in the roster of all players.
