Boxing is open to experimentation: Usyk2Fury fight will be monitored by AI referee

On Sunday night 22 December 00:15 (CET) in Riyadh a rematch between Ukrainian boxer Oleksandr Usyk and British heavyweight Tyson Fury will take place.

This fight will be a high-profile event in the world of big sports and will attract huge attention all over the world, but we, being a "non-boring site about technology" (be sure to read us and you will always be aware of the most interesting things that happen in the world of high technology!) want to focus on another important point.

Here's What We Know

According to the chairman of the General Entertainment Authority of Saudi Arabia Turki Al-Sheikh, in the match Usyk2Fury for the first time in history in the role of one of the referees will act as an artificial intelligence.
