Naoe in Assassin's Creed Shadows will be the fastest assassin ever created by Ubisoft

Ubisoft is preparing to release a new Assassin's Creed game called Shadows, which will take players to feudal Japan. One of the main characters will be Naoe, a shinobi who is called the fastest assassin.

Naoe is a nimble and elusive shinobi who can move at lightning speed and use various gadgets to remain invisible. According to creative director Jonathan Dumont, she is designed specifically for players who want to feel like a real ninja assassin.

Naoe's storyline focuses on her personal development and search for her place in the world. She begins her journey with a desire for revenge, fulfilling a promise to her family. However, over time, as she becomes aware of the needs of others, she begins to appreciate the shared values provided by her father and wonders if she can make the world a better place.

Assassin's Creed Shadows promises to combine elements of classic stealth with dynamic action, giving players the opportunity to choose between different styles of play. It is scheduled for release on 14 February 2025 on PC, PlayStation 5, and Xbox Series X|S.
