The developer of the popular medieval strategy game Manor Lords Grzegorz Styczeń told about the next major update, which will add several interesting mechanics to the game.

Here's What We Know

Manor Lords will add two new maps - High Peaks and Winding River, as well as a full-fledged map selection system.

The mechanics of road building will also change: players will have more opportunities to plan roads and the option to automatically build bridges. This will happen when selecting the direction of the road: if there is a river on the way, a bridge will be placed there.

The developer will also change the visualisation of the work of mines and mines. Now miners will actually go underground and rise with the load.

Styceni also expects to introduce in Manor Lords a system of overconsumption. Thus, workers will start putting resources in excess in warehouses if they know that they may soon be in short supply, and in taverns the owners will buy ale in advance, so that it does not run out, as it often happens, at the most inopportune moment.

The author of Manor Lords promises to start public beta testing of the new version of the game in the near future.

The strategy game is available in early access on Steam, EGS, GOG and PC Game Pass.
