Casio has unveiled a new watch in collaboration with Pac-Man - the ABL-100WEPC-1B, which will be available in the US from January 2025.

Here's What We Know

This special model celebrates two anniversaries: Pac-Man's 45th birthday in 2025 and Casio's 50th anniversary in watchmaking. The new model combines retro style with modern features to appeal to both Pac-Man fans and Casio collectors.

The design of the ABL-100WEPC-1B is inspired by the iconic 80s arcade game with a black dial that resembles the game screen, which depicts the PAC-MAN characters stuck in a maze. The Pac-Man logo is engraved on the clasp and case back. The packaging also has an arcade theme, which adds to the collector's value.

In addition to its visual appeal, the model has several practical features. The watch is equipped with Bluetooth, which allows you to synchronise it with the Casio Watches mobile app to automatically correct the time and settings. In addition, it has a step tracker that allows you to track your activity on the app. Other features include dual time, countdown and five alarms.

The Casio ABL-100WEPC-1B Pac-Man is powered by a battery that will last up to two years. The watch has a case made of resin and chrome-plated plastic, as well as LED backlighting for convenience in the dark. It also has basic water resistance, although the exact level of protection is not specified.

According to Casio's official US website, the watch will be available for purchase in January.
