Hisense announces new Matter-enabled smart air conditioners to be unveiled at CES 2025
Hisense has announced two new smart air conditioners that will be presented at CES 2025 in January.
Here's What We Know
One of the key updates is Matter support, which allows the air conditioners to be integrated into various smart home systems.
The models to be demonstrated are the Smart UltraSlim Air Conditioner and the Smart Tower Portable Air Conditioner. Both devices are suitable for modern environments where both efficiency and ease of use are important.

The Smart UltraSlim Air Conditioner is designed for rooms up to 51 m² and provides 12,000 BTU of cooling. This air conditioner has a low noise level that is 34% lower than other models, although the exact decibel levels have not yet been disclosed. It also features energy-efficient side curtains and can be controlled via the ConnectLife mobile app, where you can set up a schedule or enable health monitoring.
Thanks to Matter support, this air conditioner can work with various smart devices and ecosystems. The device can be installed in just 15 minutes.
The Smart Tower Portable Air Conditioner has a lower power output of 8,000 BTUs and is suitable for smaller rooms up to 33 m². This air conditioner promises to be quiet and easy to install. However, the company has not yet disclosed all the features, which may include smart control via an app and the ability to integrate with other devices.
Hisense has not yet announced the price and release date of these models on the international market, but more details are expected in January.
