Samsung has announced a new fridge with revolutionary AI Hybrid Cooling Technology, which will debut at CES 2025 in January.

Here's What We Know

This device promises to provide more efficient and accurate cooling by combining artificial intelligence and advanced thermal systems.

The main feature is the use of a hybrid cooling system that combines a traditional compressor with a semiconductor Peltier module.

This module is activated when the load is high, for example, to quickly cool hot food or large quantities of products. In other cases, only the AI compressor operates, which dynamically adjusts the speed, consuming less energy.

Hybrid Precise Cooling technology minimises temperature fluctuations during automatic defrosting, which helps to keep food fresh for longer. For example, pork stays fresh for 40% longer and salmon for 20% longer.

The new product has a volume of 900 litres, and the Peltier module adds 25 litres of useful space.

The new Samsung fridge has deeper shelves with a thickness of 60 mm. Thanks to the sophisticated design, users can store 1/9 more standard 355ml beverage cans than traditional models. This solution creates additional convenience for organising food and drinks.

This fridge is expected to receive Energy Star certification for its high energy efficiency standards, and the RM80F23VM*** will be available in 2025.

Samsung is setting new standards in refrigeration technology by combining performance, convenience and environmental stewardship.
