The new Apple Watch Series 10 advert shows how the smartwatch will become a motivator for achieving 2025 goals (video)
Apple today unveiled a new advert announcing the Apple Watch Series 10, linking it to the tradition of New Year's resolutions.
Here's What We Know
In the advert, the company emphasises the importance of motivation for achieving sports goals in 2025, offering smartwatches as a tool to keep active and persistent.
Apple notes that most people stop following their goals by the second Friday of January. According to the advert, the Apple Watch can be the push you need to keep you going. "What if a little help on our wrist helps us keep going?" the ad asks, emphasising the message: "Motivation on your wrist."
The smartwatch provides notifications to close active rings and achieve training goals, and offers special features for runners. For example, you can track your pace and receive notifications to increase your speed and stay on track.
Apple has recently announced the launch of a new challenge for Apple Watch owners in honour of the New Year, which will begin on 1 January 2025.
All Apple Watch users will be eligible to receive a reward if they complete all three activity tasks (stand, workout, and move) for seven consecutive days on any day in January.
Like all other Apple challenges, this one will also be accompanied by a reward that can be seen in the Fitness app. In addition, participants will receive a set of animated stickers to use in the Messages app.
