Samsung Galaxy S25 Ultra may get a new generation of Corning Gorilla Glass Armor protective glass with anti-reflective coating

It is reported that the Samsung Galaxy S25 Ultra will be equipped with a new generation of Gorilla Glass Armor glass from Corning. This glass has an anti-reflective coating, making the smartphone's screen less reflective and more comfortable to use outdoors.

Here's What We Know

At the moment, the first generation of Gorilla Glass Armor is only used in one smartphone - the Galaxy S24 Ultra. According to a well-known whistleblower @UniverseIce, the flagship Galaxy S25 Ultra smartphone will get a second, stronger generation of this glass with anti-reflective properties.

The new glass is expected to be even more durable and scratch-resistant than its predecessor, and will also have improved anti-reflective properties that will make the smartphone screen look brighter in sunlight. The Galaxy S25 lineup is expected to be unveiled on 22 January 2025.
