HMD has started updating its devices to Android 15 and the first to receive the update is the HMD Pulse Pro

HMD Global has started rolling out the Android 15 update for its HMD Pulse Pro smartphone.

Here's What We Know

This is the company's first device to receive the new version of the operating system. The 3.12GB update includes the December 2024 security patch and brings significant performance, privacy and security improvements. Other new features include adaptive battery improvements and enhanced notification management.

The update is rolling out in batches, so users who have yet to receive it are advised to be patient. Other HMD devices such as Nokia G42 5G, Nokia G60 5G, Nokia XR21 5G, Nokia X30 5G, HMD Fusion, HMD Skyline, HMD XR21 5G, HMD Pulse series, HMD Crest series and HMD T21 are also expected to receive the update soon. These devices will update to Android 15 as early as 2025.
