Samsung Galaxy S25 Ultra may get increased screen brightness and a new update system
Samsung is gearing up to launch a new flagship smartphone, the Galaxy S25 Ultra, which will be part of the Galaxy S25 series of smartphones. This flagship is expected to feature significant improvements in several aspects.
Here's What We Know
According to the latest leak found in the code of the leaked Galaxy S25 Ultra files, the device will feature a screen with a brightness of up to 3,000 nits, which surpasses the previous Galaxy S24 Ultra with 2,600 nits. The Galaxy S25 Ultra will also be Samsung's first flagship to support seamless A/B updates, allowing updates to be installed in the background without interrupting the device. Previously, the first smartphone to get seamless system updates was the Galaxy A55.
It is also confirmed that the smartphone will feature a 5,000mAh battery as well as UFS 4.0 storage. However, despite all the improvements, the Galaxy S25 Ultra will not support Find My Device when switched off, which may disappoint some users. Galaxy S25 devices are expected to be officially unveiled on 22 January 2025.
