The first season of Marvel Rivals launches on 10 January - the game will feature the Fantastic Four and a new map

NetEase Games kept its promise and presented the trailer of the first season of the popular conditionally free online action game Marvel Rivals.

Here's What We Know

The first season will be called Eternal Night Falls and will start on 10th January at 10:00 (CET) on all platforms.

As announced, Marvel Rivals will feature new characters, including the members of The Fantastic Four - Mister Fantastic, Human Torch, The Thing and Invisible Woman. These will be available to all players for free, and purchased battle passes, as before, hold only cosmetic items that do not give an advantage in matches.

Marvel Rivals will also add a new map to the first season, New York City, where Dracula and Dr Doom are plotting their next atrocities.

Earlier the developers said that they will actively develop Marvel Rivals and judging by the popularity of the game they have no reason to abandon their plans - in just two weeks online action Marvel Rivals attracted 20 million players.

Marvel Rivals is available on PC (Steam, Epic Games Store), PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series.
