January's controversial PlayStation Plus selection is now available to Japanese console users

A new selection of games is already available for PS Plus basic plan subscribers.

Here's What We Know

From 7 January, Sony is offering PS Plus Essential subscribers three games:

• co-operative action game with a dubious reputation Suicide Squad: Kill the Justice League (PS5);
• the controversial racing game Need for Speed Hot Pursuit Remastered (PS4);
• satirical game The Stanley Parable: Ultra Deluxe (PS4, PS5).

Note that The Stanley Parable has cult status among gamers who appreciate unusual narratives and endless fourth-wall breaking.
