Realistic and large-scale: Kingdom Come: Deliverance 2 developers showed how the defence of the fortress will unfold

Kingdom Come: Deliverance 2 will take place in medieval Bohemia, where bloody wars were constantly taking place and fortress sieges were an integral part of combat operations.
The developers from Warhorse promised that this aspect of the game will be more realistic and complex than in the first part of the game, and it seems that their words do not disagree with the deed.
Here's What We Know
The Czech studio has published a short video of Kingdom Come: Deliverance 2, which shows the defence of the fortress. To repel the enemy assault, players will need to shoot accurately from bows, crossbows and the first samples of firearms, as well as in time to overturn the siege ladders, throw stones on the heads of the enemy and pour boiling oil.
The description of the video mentions that successfully repelling a siege will require not only survival, but also strategic thinking.
The siege looks much bigger and more realistic than in the first part of Kingdom Come.
When We Can Expect It
Kingdom Come: Deliverance 2 will be released on 4 February on MS, PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series.
